Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bushbalm storefront and purchases made through it. By using the storefront, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.

Products and orders

Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and promotions may change. We may correct errors, refuse an order, or cancel an order when necessary to prevent fraud, correct a mistake, or comply with law. A contract for sale is subject to acceptance of your order and successful payment.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the storefront, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use content in a way that infringes rights.

Intellectual property

Bushbalm and its content, branding, product photography, text, and designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bushbalm is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the storefront. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
